CREDIT RESOLUTION HELP
Stop Telephone Calls
Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you can stop bill collectors from calling your residence, or your cell phone. Usually you can tell them to cease and desist calling you on the phone. Inform them that in accordance with the "FDCPA" they are limited to only communications with you via written correspondence only. It is not as bad to have a lot of junk in your mail box as compared to your phone ringing constantly. Be sure to record your conversation with them as you tell them to stop. Follow up with sending them a letter to stop calling you as well. If they continue to call a week past that, then report them to your state's attorney general or take them to court and sue them for unfair practices, and willful non compliance.

Take control of your life, and sanity. Do not be afraid of the ringing telephone once you are aware of your rights as a consumer. I can assure you that there are no debtor prisons in the
United States of America at this current time.  So don't let your phone become their tool of intimidation.
